On a gorgeous and clear Wednesday, March 29, The Agency was welcomed to the most vibrant city in the humble Appalachian Valley. Now, Frederick is seeing RED after The Agency Frederick’s magnetic Managing Partner, Brandi Dillon hosted extravagant grand opening festivities.

A little about Dillon: A long time resident of Frederick, she serves as the Realtor Director on the Frederick County Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Brandi has also been named 2019’s #1 Real Estate Agent in the Maryland/D.C. Metro Region. And, news of her Frederick brokerage Launch Party made the curious community RED with anticipation.

The day was initiated with a jubilee that included a ribbon cutting, a toast and many special thanks to the event’s sponsors. Following that, there were warm speeches from The Agency Frederick’s Co-Managing Partners, and several scintillating salutations and special recognitions from Maryland’s local leaders: The Agency Frederick was recognized by The Office of Senator Van Hollen, The Office of Senator Ben Cardin, and The Office of Congressional Delegate Ken Kerr, The City of Frederick, The Downtown Frederick Partnership, and the Office of Mayor of the City of Frederick, Michael O’Connor.

The 3 co-managing partners are holding a giant scissors open over a lavender ribbon. They are surrounded by loved ones, staff, and other regional teams from The Agency. And most notably, The Agency Frederick received a call from Lisbon, Portugal from Mauricio Umansky Founder and CEO of The Agency. He joined the Launch Party via FaceTime and surprised the entire crowd with his energized presence though many hours ahead.

The Agency held its Grand Opening of the newly renovated Frederick office right in the heart of the city’s main thoroughfare, Market Street. Even with a closed VIP guest list, the event turned heads and created a buzz as passerbyers and locals attempted to get in the door to join the celebration.

The new Frederick office was aglow with red led lights, strobes, bewitching beats, and a warm glitter of welcome videos from the event sponsors. The greetings videos were displayed on multiple flat screens throughout the building, and graciously provided by 495 Movers, RGS Title Insurance, Primary Residential Mortgage Incorporated(PRMI), Covenant Title, Net Glo FarmFits, and Springirth Services Home Inspections.
